Locally Founded. Community Driven. Built to Last.
Johnson County Contractor Alliance was founded by Harold “Duanne” Wiley, a lifelong Olathe resident with deep roots in the Johnson County community. Growing up here, he learned the value of hard work, service, and building strong relationships. After years of experience in the trades and business, Harold created JCCA as a way to give back to the place that helped shape him. His vision is to provide trusted plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services while creating opportunities for others through mentorship, training, and quality craftsmanship. JCCA is more than a contractor company, it’s a commitment to serving the community with integrity, reliability, and care.
